Eco Club Good morning everyone. Last week we received our new Green Flag – put up your hand if you saw it flying high? Great! Paula Love from Eco Schools Scotland wrote to tell us about what we had done well with some ideas for the future. Here are some of her comments: • I very much enjoyed reading your application to renew your Green Flag. I was delighted to see that you had maintained excellent progress since your last assessment, monitoring your activities well, sharing your successes with the wider community and having sound ideas for the future. • Out of doors, you have all been working hard to develop your grounds as a wonderful resource for learning and recreation and a haven for wildlife with the addition of a willow igloo and habitats. • Finally, everyone is to be warmly commended for your community litter picking activities, as part of the Papdale Bag the Bruck campaign. Your pupils are truly responsible citizens. • Well-deserved congratulations on an amazing team effort!
