OUR CHALLENGE WAS SET……. . ¢ Increase in demand for quality resources – decrease OUR CHALLENGE WAS SET……. . ¢ Increase in demand for quality resources – decrease in time to develop resources – new Training Packages due soon ¢ Version control & electronic copies of current resources becoming more difficult – majority hard copy format ¢ Assessment events not updated regularly – “too hard basket” ¢ Student Dynamics changed – increase in number of international students (full time study + language/literacy levels = demand for quality resources) ¢ Student computer skill level challenging Teacher skill level
