Integration and ATS We are currently developing an exciting new seamless integration with various Document Imaging Systems. Open. One users will be able to access documents with a mouse click. Users will see a documents node on several interfaces within the applications that will list the available documents based on the configured indexing scheme of the Document Management System.

Integration and ATS Based on the capabilities of the Document Management system we can implement the ability to directly scan a document into the Document System right from the Open. One System and assign all of the appropriate index values in the document management system.

Integration and ATS has developed a data bridge access point to compile a list of documents stored within the document management system display them in the Open. One System seamlessly, without the user having to leave the ATS Suite of applications.

Integration and ATS For example, in our Member Browser, we have created a new tab labeled Documents. This tab displays all pertinent member documents.
