The campaign will start in 2 nd quarter. LIEE/CARE l Participated in 2010 Strategic Collaboration Conference for the Asian Pacific Islander Community Participated in 3 -hour Spanish “Univision Telecast” to enroll/take leads on income qualified programs CARE Launched 1 st of 4 community events with WBC Enterprises, a leader among African American FBOs l Participated in 25 performances of “East West Educational Partnership” IQP awareness/enrollment LIEE/CARE: l Asian print ads in language (Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese) LIEE: l Developed and produced Spanish LIEE video to increase messaging through CBO’s and public affairs groups. CARE and LIEE share leads between programs l LIHEAP payment recipients are automatically enrolled in CARE each quarter l CARE & EMA programs integrate efforts and messaging through all outreach events, communications and marketing campaigns LEVERAGING l. LIEE works with LIHEAP to provide customers with all feasible measures from both programs l. Capitation contractors provide CARE enrollments and LIEE leads INTEGRATION l.
