SATSE ATS systems (7) from three different system suppliers (SELEX SI, INDRA, Aerotechnica); There is a possibility of being late with modernization of ATS system of Dnipropetrovs’k FIR due to complexity of national legislation (tender/contract procedure); Non-scheduled replacement of ATS system of Odessa FIR; human resources shortage due to implementing other projects (EURO 2012 and CCAMS) at the same time.
