Testing process Started in 2007 with the ELPAC test and first dispatch was completed by 03/2008 with a ± 80% of success rate. The second testing dispatch was delivered in 2010. Paper 1 -Test Administration The “usual” PC problems for Paper 1 were reported and a very positive feedback for Paper 2. Testing results are as expected. Some candidates reported that questions are irrelevant to their job. Following has been identified as area of improvement: The increase of the answering time; this will avoid putting candidates in a stress position.
