Principles (I) • Definition The IAQG Other Party Scheme is a Global Industry. Controlled scheme for the use of assessment results performed by CRB’s, based on the 9100 -series standards • Purpose To improve the quality level and control throughout the whole supply chain CRB – Certification Registration Body 2

Principles (II) Other Party Scheme is based on: • The use of identical or equivalent international, sectorial and national standards based on 9104 • An industry oversight system at international, sectorial and national levels to ensure that scheme’s requirements are fulfilled • Auditors authenticated against identical requirements • All information related to the scheme is collected in the OASIS database(Online Aerospace Supplier Information System) 3

IAQG OT key decisions • Integration of all national and sectorial standards (24) in 3 global standards (9104, 91 YZ & 91 WX) by January 2007 l Uploading of new or changed certificates, become mandatory from July 1, 2005 • Registered companies are required to grant access to private data to their customers (huge time saving for all) l Confidentiality and Conflict of interest rules adopted 13

Overall status l Achievements so far – Basic scheme requirements established – Operation and communication at global level achieved – OASIS become referential for QMS aerospace industry data, new functionalities drive huge time savings and entries continuously increase l Targeted challenges – Complete and enhance scheme requirements – Operate worldwide with a unique set of standards (3) – Change audit focus – Gain full engagement and commitment of aerospace industry in management and oversight activities (including regulatories) – Implementation of global KPI’s 14
