RESERVATION This form is used to request for a reservation of a room in a hotel
GUEST INFORMATION REGISTER While checkin time this form is used to insert all information about guest/group/ crew etc.
Room Information This form is used to enter the total information about a room such as room_no, room_type, etc.
CREDIT CARD CHARGE RECORD This form presents the charge record to the guest and receive the sign on it and check the validity of the card.
HOUSEKEEPING LIST The housekeeping staff make a physical check of all rooms in the hotel to ascertain their status in term of whether they are occupied or not. This status is entered into the house keeping list.
ROOM AVABILITY RECORD This form display’s the status of the room ie. , Whether the room is occupied or vacant.
VIP AMENITIES VOUCHER This form helps to keep track of all the services that are to provided to the VIPs. By means of this, the Housekeeping Department provides quick and efficient services to all the VIPs.
ERREND CARD This card is given to the guest at the arrival time and returned back at departure time. In this card there all information about their language.
FOREIGN CURRENCY ENCASHMENT CERTIFICATE This form is filled by lobby manager and sign is taken of guest who want to pay in foreign currency or cheque.
SCANTY BAGGAGE REGISTER Detail Information about guest with scanty baggage would have hand baggage or no baggage.
SAFETY LOCKER REGISTRATION Safety locker is a facility provided by hotels wherein guests can keep there valuable and important documents in safety. There is all information in this form about GUEST and its documents.
KEY RECORD REGISTER This form is used to keep information about guest’s keys.
