He then calls the help desk to send someone to install the correct printer.

One of the emails has an Excel attachment you need to edit and print before the immediate meeting. You edit the spreadsheet and attempt to print it for those who will be attending the meeting. You cannot print from your Palm to a network printer; you must run back to your office, sync your Palm to the desktop, print the doc, and sprint to your meeting
