Company history A brief history of Hyteco: • 1992 – Hyteco (Aust) Pty Ltd was formed and commenced trading with three partners working as employees. • 1994 – Moved to a larger premises and employed two more machinists. • 1996 – Purchased our first Mazak CNC machine. • 2001 – Diversified into hydraulic sales & service and was appointed as an Eaton distributor. • 2002 – Moved to current premises and purchased our third Mazak CNC. • 2003 /2004 – Expanded into electronic controls, larger engineering projects. • 2011 – Awarded the largest contract to date from Downer EDI Rail (for QLD Rail). • 2013 – ISO 9001: 2008 QA Certification received.

Department activities design Our highly skilled design team provide engineered drawings for products ranging from manifolds to complete sytems. • We use the Autodesk Inventor Suite of programs to create detailed 3 D models. • We also have specialist manifold design software, that checks the integrity of the manifold design. • We follow stringent quality procedures that minimise the risk of failure from design errors.

Department activities manufacturing Our facility is equipped with the latest 4 and 5 axis CNC machines enabling us to produce any type of manifold efficiently and precisely. • We have a highly experienced team of tradespeople with a combined experience of more than 100 years. • We use in-house Electroless Nickel Plating and Hydraulic Testing, providing an end to end solution. • Raw materials we use include: Alum 6061, Mild Steel, Brass, Stainless Steel & Ductile Iron.
