Hydraulic distributor - a device designed to control hydraulic flow in a hydraulic system with an external influence (the signal).
Appointment of valves Valve controls the movement of hydraulic output link by redirecting the flow of working fluid. Figure shows a simple flow pattern. In the illustrated position valve (F) fluid from the pump (H) to the cylinder (C) does not arrive, and goes to the sink in the Tank (B) through the valve (CP). If the operator moves the control valve handle so that the shut-off control element moves to position 1, the working fluid enters the cavity of the piston cylinder and the piston moves to the right, and the fluid from the hydraulic cylinder rod cavity goes to drain (the direction of movement of fluid through the valve are indicated by arrows). If the operator returns the control valve lever to its original position, the piston cylinder is stopped, and the working fluid goes back into the tank to drain. The piston cylinder started moving to the left, the operator must move the handle of the distributor so that the shut-off control element has moved to position 2. The simplest flow pattern
The classification of valves Directional divided by type of lockregulatory elements in the slide, Crane Valve, inkjet and distributors of the "nozzle-flapper. « Spool valve most widely in the hydraulic drive due to the simplicity of their construction, compactness and high reliability. The y are used at very high pressures(up to 32 MPa) and much higher costs than the crane spreaders.
Crane valves in the hydraulic drive found the widest application. Structurally, theirlocking element is designed as a cylindrical, conical, ball caps or in the form of a flatrotary valve.
Valve distributors. The main drawback of the most common spool valves are leaking, which can not hold the hydraulic load in the same position, and the inability to operate at high pressures (above 32 MPa). In such cases, the preferred position switch valvedistributors, havi ng increased in comparison with the spool size and weight, but would help block the hose tightly. Valve distributors are mainly used in hydraulic systems, which should provide a good seal. To do this, the locking element of the distributor operates, usually in the form of a conical or ball valve.
