Use case sample - Demo 1. Unauthorized change detected – incident logged in Network Use case sample - Demo 1. Unauthorized change detected – incident logged in Network Node Manager 2. Context-sensitive run book launched to remediate network fault 3. Operations Orchestration automatically acknowledges event and runs a process flow 4. Operations Orchestration automatically opens trouble ticket with alert details and updates Network Node Manager 5. Network Automation (NA) performs remediation to rollback change 6. Operations Orchestration receives success validation from NA, closes ticket and incident 10 1 3/17/2018 Benefits • Reduce mean time to resolution/improve service quality • Reduce administrative cost and maximize productivity • Coordinate hand-offs and information sharing across silos for efficiency and visibility

Installing Studio Key information: • Do not start multiple instances of Studio on the Installing Studio Key information: • Do not start multiple instances of Studio on the same computer, using multiple remote desktop programs from other computers, whether you log in as the same user or as different users. Doing so can result in data corruption and/or loss, or can cause unexpected behavior in Studio, including crashes. • Do not connect to the public repository for the same installation of Central when logged in to two different instances of Studio as the same user. If you do, the user’s workspace in the repository can become corrupted. This can also occur when Central is clustered.
