3. Greeting • Heeeey there! • Howdy, man! • -- • Dear Mr. Smith, • Dear Sir or Madam, • To Whom It May Concern
4. First paragraph 1) Introduce yourself (if this is the first letter) 2) Say the main reason for writing “My name is Sergei Petrov and I am writing about the questions for our upcoming exam (January, 29 th). I speak on behalf of my group, IP 22. ” NB. Make excuses here, if needed.
5. The body • The gist of your matter (include details if needed) • DO NOT USE UPPER CASE (Caps Lock) – Use cursive – Use bold letters – More importantly, use undelining – Colouring may help, too • Write no more than 3 paragraphs here. Leave double space between paragraphs
6.
