So what have we gained? ü Increased bandwidth ü Increased test coverage ü Variation of our own work ü Better focus ü Better maintenance ü New friends = INCREASED QUALITY! 21
And what have we learned? ü Have a plan but don´t be afraid to re-plan ü Don´t start with Exploratory testing ü Efficiency will drop. . . at first ü People are different and the same ü Follow up ü Don´t see it as a ”Manager thing” ü Empower people ü Communication is the key ü You have to be there 22
