Responsibilities towards the patient To protect the patient’s rights n To provide appropriate patient care when he/she is in the imaging/treatment department or undergoing a diagnostic/therapeutic procedure. n To provide adequate patient protection from unnecessary radiation or any other sort of hazard when he/she is in RT’s care. n
