Market Research in the GCC Region GUtech – Strategic Development of Study Programs Results of the Survey n In almost two thirds of the organizations more than half of the employees have a bachelor's degree. n However, in more than 40% of the surveyed organizations surveyed less than 10% of employees have a Master's degree. n In nearly 60 % of the participating organizations advanced training is offered, but only 30% of the training focuses on soft skills.
