Brussels, November 7, 2007 Digital Ecosystems CHALLENGES ON THE SOFTSIDE Our Survey research in North Indian states shows that less than 10% of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra and other extension initiatives actively “use web based content” or helping to build a world without hunger “contribute web based content”. Yet there are more than a hundred active ICT Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN initiatives across the country. e Learning: 1. There is a gap between the content provided and content wanted by experts in the field. 2.
