What is it? • A context for organizational renewal, the work of the 21 What is it? • A context for organizational renewal, the work of the 21 st century • Moving organizations toward higher performance • Clarifying importance of work for individuals and the organization • Strengthening measurable results and accountability • Supporting the President’s Management Agenda and the Human Capital Plan

How are we doing it? • Under oversight of the National HRC per November How are we doing it? • Under oversight of the National HRC per November 2000 briefing • Staffed by the EPA Institute and consists of an executive leadership seminar called the High Performance Organizations- 2 1/2 -3 day seminar--theory and levers of leadership; • Consulting Tools Seminar to build in-house capacity to help organizations make theory work for them- 2 1/2 day seminar; • National Dialogue Forums to help strengthen both communications and the network of participants who are implementing OLE initiativestwo per year. Three held to date • Consultation Services to work with implementers in follow-up work
