Ø Some people asking, why we need healthy lifestyle and sport, if it’s so difficult. I want to answer to this question. In my opinion, Healthy Lifestyle – it’s a good feeling, positive mood, adequate mentality and preparedness to different challenges of life.
ü Sport should be companion of every person throughout his life - only sport can bring tangible benefits.
ü To be healthy – it’s so easy. Only need to set the target, to find minded, and then easily survive the difficulties.
