Associate/Assistant Audiologist • NVQ /foundation degree • 15 months • Entry requirements: Experience/ working in audiology field • Apprenticeships • Entry level grade 4 on the NHS careers framework

Practitioner Training Programme (PTP) • BSc health care science degree in audiology • 3 year course • Entry Requirements: 2 -3 A-levels / GCSE A-C Grades • Integrated academic learning and workplacebased training • Entry level grade 5

Scientist Training Programme (STP) • MSc degree in audiology • 3 year course /paid salary • Integrated academic learning and workplacebased training • Entry Requirements: least a 2: 1 degree • Entry level grade 7 on the NHS careers framework

Higher Specialist Scientific Training (HSST) • Consultant Clinical Scientist • Five-year doctoral-level training • Entry Requirements: Clinical Scientist level experience • Access up to entry level grade 9 on the NHS careers framework
