General computerization of the planet became an additional source of health problems. People, who’s spending more and more of the time at this machine, sooner or later begin to experience unpleasant feelings in different parts of their bodies. If you know the reason of these problems then you can fix it to your benefit. There are some problems and their usual reasons:
Eye strain. § Inappropriate image on the screen (dirty monitor, too small font-size, uncomfortable color combinations) § Inappropriate illumination on the workplace § Lack of time for breaks § Wrong distance from your eyes to your monitor, Document holder or keyboard
Pains in the neck § Monitor is placed too high § The chair is located too far or too close to the table § The document holder wasn’t used when typing § Monitor or document holder is placed too far from each other. § Lack of time for breaks, which leads to lack of movement

Safety requirements for monitors § Color depth must be at least 256 colors § Pit between pixels must not be less than 0. 28 mm § Refresh rate must be at least 75 Hz § Monitor must have a possibility of brightness/contrast adjustment
Safety requirements § Wet cleaning must be performed in the offices once a day § The room must be aired each hour of work § The windows must be cleaned at least twice a year § Breaks must be 5 -10 minutes per hour
