(bug fix, cooperation with new Provider) Test phase: • data integrity tests and regression tests on the INet-Server How long? (bug fix by HP Application) Rollout Date = HP Application New Provider • migration of the production on the 2 clusters + migration non-working of the test environment day tbd • Start operations / maintenance tasks according defined SLA • Start Helpdesk (know-how transfer to take place before rollout date)
