Education in Russia §"In the Russian Federation the right of each person for education is guaranteed". (The federal law No. -273 of 29. 12. 2012 "About education", article 5. Item 1) § Training happens on the basis of Federal state educational standards of secondary professional education which has to meet real requirements of the market and inquiries of employers. (Federal state educational standard of secondary professional education point VII "Requirement to conditions of realization of the main professional educational program") • Students have the right to be trained by the individual curricula (according to the Federal State educational standard) considering inquiries of employers and specifics of education. Training program «Hotel service» § Training is carried out in No. 101101 "Hotel service", according to Federal state educational standards. §Prior to occupations, the individual curriculum for all term of training is approved § Entrants sign the student's contract and within a week are enlisted in educational institution by profession: "hotel service" of internal (day) form of education. § Along with signing of the contract to students student ID cards are issued.
Learning material The program of training includes mastering practical competences by profession, among which: ü To take the order from consumers and to make out it, ü To provide to the guest information on placement and other accompanying for ensuring its comfort, ü To be able to use modern means of equipment and communication, ü To own operational technology of cleaning of rooms, ü To own necessary basic skills of rendering the first ambulance, ü Possession to skills of fast decision-making, ü and many other things In educational process 70% of school hours are allocated to a practical training.
Learning material The theoretical part makes 30% of all educational process. Terms of development of a profession v On mastering students of a profession “Hotel service", is provided the period 2 years 10 months. The training program assumes passing by students of the following types of educational activity: 1. Theoretical preparation: classroom occupations, seminars, laboratory researches and independent preparation. 2. Mastering practical professional skills: passing of work practice and a practical training on the basis of technical school v Upon completion of training, to students diplomas of the state sample about assignment of professional qualification by it are issued – “Manager of hotel service"
