Using maximum own produced raw material for producing wine. Special equipments and other raw materials are imported from other countries like French, Spain – Shiraz (red wine) and Chenin Blanc (White Wine) respectively. They have their own plant for producing their own products They distribute their products through their designated distributors. There are three partners in the company; Farm, Plant, and Restaurant They have 70% market share in the local market and only 2% international market. There are two types of projects: Non-profit projects Semi-profit projects Research and development unit, Quality Control Unit, Quality Assurance Unit, GMP (good Manufacturing Practice) Unit In general these projects where made for experimental purposes and to bring awareness and motivation to the general farmers to engage in the agricultural activities – the Sufficiency Economy. They have four varieties of Soy Milk to meet current markets diverse demands. Vita Champ especially for children, Vita milk, J -Soymilk for vegetarians, and VSoy for healthconscious individuals and the Vita Milk Energy. They buy the raw material (soy beans) from local farmers and also import some materials. They ensure the raw soy beans are up to their standard (A grades). Production is done in their own plant. Distribution is made through two levels; 40% goes to hyper market, like the super market and 60% goes to the general market. Motto: More sale more profit Their advert strategy is super.
