How does the IHR certification process work? • You have 18 months to obtain your credits, work experience and pass the exam (from when you obtain and logged your first certification credit) – You are required to obtain 25 credits – You also need 60 hours of on the job training – Finally must receive 60% or higher on the exam in order to become certified • Your credits are tracked in your HR. com profile • You will also be required to achieve 20 credits annually to maintain your certification
