Who makes up the SFTA? The goal of the SFTA, a non profit 501(c)(3), Who makes up the SFTA? The goal of the SFTA, a non profit 501(c)(3), is to build the first public indoor tennis facility in Sioux Falls. Tennis will become accessible to everyone regardless of skill, age and economic background. No matter weather conditions, hot or cold, rain or snow, the sport of tennis will be enjoyed.
