Individual Sales Rewards Sell at least 10 packages and receive certificate at the Annual FFA Awards Banquet. Sell at least 20 packages and receive a free pizza lunch in the ag. shop.

Easy Steps to a Sale Introduce yourself and who you represent. Tell them why you are trying to raise money. Tell them what you are selling and ask them to look at the brochure(product sells itself). Offer thanks whether they purchase or not.

Important Dates to Remember Order Forms must be turned back in to your teacher by (September 30 th, 3: 00 p. m. ). The approximate delivery date is the 1 st week of November.

Collection Method Collect the money as you take the orders. Checks must be made payable to: Atascocita FFA Be sure to turn cash and checks in with the orders. Write your name and #129 on the memo line of each check.

Teacher Instructions Properly Recording an Order Explain to your students how to mark each order. Have them use NUMBERS, not Xs or Checks in the column boxes for each product. Instruct your students to total columns both vertically and horizontally to check for accuracy. This will make summarizing much easier.
