Student Dismissal Form • It shall be the responsibility of the custodial parent/guardian to notify the school in writing if release instructions are to be revised. If written instructions are not provided to the school, the student shall only be released to ride home on the assigned bus or with the custodial parent/guardian. • Must be a written or faxed document! • No phone calls or emails!

Backpacks • Students are allowed to carry 1 backpack or purse to class, not both • Must fit under student’s seat/desk – safety issue • Teacher has discretion as to whether backpack fits under seat/desk

Responsibility Plan • Behavior Assistance/T 3/Correction Card System – 1 st- Card-Parent Contact – 2 nd- Team Meeting (School Administrator & Parent Contact) – 3 rd- TIP & Parent Contact – 4 th- Office Referral

Academic Assistance/Detention Policy • • • 3 or more zeros within one core class Written notification will be sent home via the student Tuesdays and Thursdays Failure to stay for detention will result in office referral If all missing work is not completed in one detention session they will be expected to stay for the next session • Failure to complete all missing work in two detention sessions will result in office referral • Students that are absent on the day of a quiz or test will make up missed quiz or test during a detention session
