Finca Santa Fe The farm covers an area of 380 hectares with approximately 80, 000 olive trees varieties Picual, Arbequnia, Manzanilla and Hojiblanca. The trees are of different ages, but all in production, while the youngest will increase its’ production each year. The aim is to collect 6, 000 kg of olives when the youngest is in full swing. The trees are all planted in groves with drip feed irrigation, cultivation is traditional and intensive. Planting distances are 6 x 4, 10 x 5, 7 x 7 and 10 x 10.

Water supply There a raft of water storage units holding a total of 550, 000 litres and three other regulating ponds where water is supplied to different irrigation sectors in which the estate is divided. The company is granted to take from the Guadalquivir River of 17 litres per second another 30 litres per second. This water comes to the farm via irrigation ditches. There also wells on the land which can be utilised if required.

On the property are two Andalusian farmhouses with 722 m 2 sharing a common courtyard, bar, wine cellar, pool and gardens. Recently the farm has been rented out for weddings held on the grounds. In addition there are nine auxiliary temporary housing. Three sheds of tools and workshops. The sale includes all the machinery and implements for tilling and harvesting, there are warehouses and sheds for filtering and booster pump.

Olive Oil Factory The oil factory is 3, 063 m 2 and is built in the grounds of the house. It has the capacity of 400, 000 kg daily grinding of the olives. All the production of the olive oil is robotic. The oil storage capacity is 1, 170, 000 kgs, with 16 tanks and 8 Kg deposits 50, 000 25, 000 Kg.

Olive Oil Factory For reception of the olive mills there are 3, 4, 1 decanter centrifuges. The area has also has the facility of a complete laboratory. Also offices, meeting rooms and a locker.

Location Finca Santa Fe is situated in the province of Granada 5 km from Granada airport and 12 km from the centre of the Moorish city of Granada. The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is reached in just over half an hour and the coast in under one hour.
