Masters Programs in Finance • Four degrees: – Master of Finance (2 years) – Master of Applied Finance (1. 5 years) – Master of Financial Management (1 year) – Master of Financial Economics (2 years) 2
Admission Requirements • Master of Finance: – Pass degree (any field) – Average of at least 65% (or equivalent) in undergraduate study – Need 60% average in first year to progress to the second – Students who do not achieve this 60% average will be transferred to the Master of Applied Finance. • Master of Applied Finance: – Pass degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, statistics, actuarial studies, mathematics, business information systems, management, international business, engineering, physics, science – Average of at least 65% (or equivalent) in undergraduate study 3

Graduate Certificate in Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics • Possible pathway into Master of Finance and Master of Applied Finance – (Appropriate) Units studied can be transferred to Masters as credit – Need a 60% average across all units in the Graduate Certificate to transfer to a Masters degree. 8
