Federal Acquisition Service Risks Risk Mitigation Service/Vendor Readiness - ETS 2 new entrant(s) may not pass IV&V in time for anticipated award date • • • Agency Readiness - Vendor(s) ability to deploy all agencies by Nov. 2013 • • Retest mandatory requirements after award but prior to any transactions being processed; create performance incentives as part of final award to ensure timely resolution Permit transactions if non-remediated issue is deemed of low impact by early adopter agencies Phased approach and detailed vendor plan for how they will deploy all agencies Detailed advanced planning in anticipation of streamlined schedule.
