Silicon Field Regional ICT Cluster The cluster provides the organizational and operational framework of the network of innovative companies operating in the information and communication technology sector. The cluster management organization: Silicon Field Ltd.

Launched R&D&I projects Szime. Tour (2011 -2013. ) project Smart. Tour: vehicle scheduling optimization system based on GIS with 3 -dimensional map, GPS tracking service that is able online corrections and helping the reduce of environmental impact.

Launched R&D&I projects Szime. Body (2011 -2013. ) project Development of plugin for Autodesk 3 DS MAX simulation software and of package software running on tablet PC. The product help to perform virtual verification of ergonomic examinations.

The future (development plans) • Establishment of DIP-Science Park, elaboration of DCIX and Silicon Field Server Centre with HPC and cloud computing services • Expansion of Silicon Field (the cluster, the Incubation Centre, industrial parks) • Creation interregional partner centres involving Szolnok, Nyíregyháza and Oradea • Elaboration of new R&D&I projects: GOP 1. 2. 1, GOP 1. 3. 1/B and other EU calls • Networking activities with other domestic and (especially) European clusters, organizations
