Tips on Hypertensive patients • Avoid pure isometric exercise • Side effect of Anti-HT medications: – Beta-blockers: lethargy – Diuretics: dehydration – ABCD: Post-exertional BP↓ • Control BP first →Exercise Second! • Treadmill is a very good test for BP trend on exertion
