Figure 7 -15 also indicates that while traffic volumes increased by +2. 1%, support costs reduced by -2. 9%, resulting in a decrease in support costs per composite flight-hour (-4. 9%). The central part of Figure 7 -15 shows that between 2009 and 2010, given the respective weights of ATCO employment costs (30%) and support costs (70%), unit ATM/CNS provision costs decreased by -6. 8%. 38
