The Text About a Music in our life We listening to the music every day and everywhere. But who can tell us what is it music ? Some people think that it’s just arrangement of sounds or voices. But I think it’s something more. Some people even say that there is no practical use for mankind in music. It’s not a food, shelter, medicines and you cannot even touch it. But the other spend all their lives to create it. May be their are wrong? Let’s try to check this out.
Music is what follows us almost everywhere — at home, at work, in shops, we listen to it while travelling, dreaming, and playing on the computer… As far as I’m concerned music is a necessary part of my life. I suppose all of us wouldn’t be able to live in a way we live now if music didn’t exist. And it’s all because of the enormous influence of music on our lives.
Well, music evokes all kinds of emotions — your temper goes up when you listen to a cheerful piece of music, doesn’t it? Some songs make you recollect various events — and you feel nostalgia, sometimes even anguish. Hundreds of songs are about love — and when you’re in love you feel these songs are natural for you and the melody and lyrics express exactly what you feel. Serene and clear music washes away your sorrow. This songs help to understand that life goes on.
On the other hand, music can make you feel anxiety, boredom or even rage if it’s not the «right» music for you. I believe that music influences my life a lot. It helps me to grow up, to overcome difficulties, to feel various emotions more deeply. I also listen to songs as background music and, if to choose the right piece of music, it’s a very useful collaboration. For example, right now I’m listening to peaceful sweet melodies and it stimulates my activity. I often enjoy listening to music while going somewhere or just strolling down the streets.
I want to tell you about my favorite singer
My favorite singer and guitar player is Kurt Cobain Kurt Donald Cobain was born on February 20, 1976 in Hoquaim, a small town south-west of Seattle. When he was about six months old he moved to Arberdeen and spent most of his childhood there. His parents divorced when he was seven years old. Cobain did not handle the divorce well. Cobain said that he never felt loved or secure again. He became anti-social and withdrawn after the divorce. Cobain was passed around to several relatives and even lived under a bridge at one point.
Cobain was a sickly child. “As an infant, he suffered from chronic bronchitis and scoliosis, and, by the age of seven, he was being prescribed both Ritalin and sedatives to allow him to sleep” Cobain complained of burning stomach pain that kept him from participating in gym class.
In 1985 Cobain started the band Nirvana. The band went through several changes before finally becoming Nirvana. In 1987 the band was playing in several locations. In 1988 the band landed their first record deal. Cobain’s music mainstreamed the grunge sound. Nirvana rose very quickly to become stars. “Nirvana was, briefly, the most popular band in the world largely because of the cult of personality that grew around Cobain”
“On March 5 th , 1994 Cobain was rushed to the hospital in a coma after an unsuccessful suicide bid in which he washed down about fifty prescription painkillers with champagne”. The attempt was not made known to many people. Shortly afterward Cobain entered a detox program. He left after only a few days in the program. “On April 5 th Cobain barricaded himself into the granny flat behind his mansion, put a shotgun in his mouth and pulled the trigger”
