Statutes approval p p p Statutes have been written and worked by the board and with all the members a few years ago. The final version has never been signed and approved, it has been sent to you so that, if you all agree, we can work with it as a solid base. At the last ENF General Assembly, Germany pointed out that this matters. Let’s analyse these statutes sign them and used in order to use them officially. If any addition or change to these statutes have to be made in the future please submit it by email to the General secretary who will submit the request to the General assembly for a vote.
General secretary/presentation/ election p p p The General Secretary has resigned shortly after the last European Championship in 2014 All the Federation officials should have received a request for candidates to be sent back before the 15 th of October 2015 Only one have been sent: Mr Olivier Dupré from France On the occasion of the General Assembly in November 2015, I have the honor to submit my candidacy for the post of general secretary of the ENF. I practice naginata for 4 years what may seem few. But during that time I founded two clubs with a rich communication (350 followers on Facebook, 300 visits per month on the website, an article by month on local newspapers & on the radio ). I also participated and help in the creation of a club in West of France (opening September 2016) and another in Normandy (September 2017). I take care of the organization and training aimed at the discovery and promotion of naginata. • January 2, 2015: in Normandy with the presence of seven martial arts federations • March 15, 2015: Near Paris with the presence of high ranking of aikido and Takeda Ryu teacher • In July 2015 the shares were carried in holiday camps in the region to discover the practice The next scheduled events: • November 2015: demonstration in EURO JUDO tournament • December 2015: Internship of discovery and exchange with the Norman kendokas • June 2016: stage discovery and sharing in the est of France. I hope to bring my help through my skills: I created a communications company & marketing. Improving communication channels seems to me an important point for this role. Still on the same subject, my job as a journalist at the service of a daily sports should enable the Federation to improve its communication with the media (press release, presss file). I hope this will convince you of good merits of my candidacy. Olivier DUPRE
