The Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) The BAT is a global, standardized online test designed to assess student’s abilities and a variety of comprehensive skills relevant to opportunities within the business world. >>2 hours >>100 multiple choice questions >>8 sections Practical questions that ask participants to make decisions based on real-world problems and challenges they would face on the job in the industry.

Rank BAT candidates: Companies searching for students will select only the subject areas of the BAT that are relevant for the specific role. Students will be stack-ranked based on their average scores from those selected subject areas. All profiles are anonymous and no personal information will be revealed until the student accepts a connection from the employer.
