El Greco (1541 -1614) the great Spanish painter, architect and sculptor. n El Greco was in the studio of Titian, but, however, the technique of his art is very different from the techniques of his teacher. For works by El Greco characteristic speed and expressiveness of performance to bring them closer to modern painting. Most of his works performed in the following way: the line pattern coated on the surface of white glue soil, which is then covered with Imprimatur brown - burnt umber. The paint is applied so that the white primer partly shone through.
