CONCLUSIONS 1. ICTs in educational procedure can make difficult concepts, such as GIS, to CONCLUSIONS 1. The pupils of 12 years old are familiar with ICTs and more specific with e games. 3. CONCLUSIONS 4. After the laboratory training using Google earth and egames we gave the CONCLUSIONS 4. After the laboratory training using Google earth and egames we gave the chance to the pupils to play and understand what GIS is. 5. We gave to the pupils the possibility to explore the world but also to test their previous knowledge. 6. From the comparison of pre and post tests the results show that the pupils changed their attitudes concerning the meaning of GIS and they replaced their misconceptions with the scientific definition.
