Parent Guide Storyteller • Storyteller uses storytelling formats to help young children develop language and critical thinking skills. The series offers supporting their understanding of narrative formats. Storyteller encourages curiosity, interest, language acquisition and facility at storytelling. Story train • The story board is ordered as a sequence of frames and each frame composed of a picture and a narrative. Here the sequence of the story is not in a particular order: the child is given the task to drag and drop the frames in order. The computer will read the frames in the order the child input. This develops a sequential sense of the child while providing the fun of drag and drop. Story maker • The ‘Story maker’ is an on-line personalized story for children. Customize the illustrations to the child’s appearance based on gender, hair style and color, eye color, skin tone, and method of communication. Alter the text to personalize the story’s content. This fun and engaging activity makes every child feel special. Together, build a book with your child!
