Intro This work describes the impact of different factors on the eating habits of students. Right food ration plays an important role: it helps maintain physical and psychological health in which students so need. Bad eating habits can negatively affect not only on the health of student, but also on the mental performance.
Core Many factors impact on the student’s nutrition such as daily life, study environment, chronic lack of sleep, anxiety before exams, sedentary lifestyle etc. Load, especially during the session, increases significantly up to 15 -16 hours per day. For some students overload is the cause of malnutrition, whereas others begin to overeat, but all of these are refer to changes in eating habits.
Questionnaire It includes people both male and female, regardless skin color, age from 18 to 24, who compulsory study in the university. 3 questions are multiple choice and 1 open ended.

Pros and cons Some issues are not captured, and not considered all possible cases and reasons why there is such a big problem for the majority of students. However, it presents general ideas and answers about this problem.
Conclusion It can be said that some of students understand that they have problems with nutrition. Some of them realize the necessity to keep an eye on their diet. However, big group of students do not think about the correct choice of food and products.
