Erasmus+ Office Make your stay in Romania LEGAL Students from EU, EEA countries and Switzerland need a REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE • Certificate issued by the faculty (secretary office) • Original and photocopy of the Passport or ID card • Medical certificate from any physician (you may go to the Students’ Clinic located in Dormitory Sport 21, on 7 Pandurilor Street) • Application form (from the Office for Immigration) Office for Immigration 53 -55, Alexandru Vaida Voievod Street, within the Iulius Mall Complex)
Erasmus+ Office Make your stay in Romania LEGAL Students from other countries need a RESIDENCE PERMIT • • • Erasmus Letter of Acceptance Certificate issued by the faculty (secretary office) Residence paper (tenancy contract) - photocopy and original Medical certificate from any physician (you may go to the Students’ Clinic located in Dormitory Sport 21, on 7 Pandurilor Street) Photocopies of the passport (the picture page, the visa page and the page with the stamp showing the date when the person last entered Romania); Application form (from the Office for Immigration) Office for Immigration 53 -55, Alexandru Vaida Voievod Street, within the Iulius Mall Complex)
Erasmus+ Office Take care of ADMINISTRATIVE Issues! Monday – Thursday 10: 00 – 13: 00 EU STUDENTS - ARRIVAL FORMS 1. Arrival Certificate (if required by YOUR university) 2. Learning Agreement (signed first by the Faculty Coordinator) changes during first 2 weeks 3. Other documents if missing from portfolio
Erasmus+ Office Take care of ADMINISTRATIVE Issues! First meeting: APPOINTMENT! Non-EU STUDENTS - ARRIVAL FORMS 1. Boarding Passes 2. Learning Agreement in original 3. Contract for scholarship 4. Bank account information 5. Missing selection papers
Erasmus+ Office Get to know your FACULTY! Academic: – Meet your Faculty Coordinator! – Discuss your Learning Agreement! – Get your class schedule! Administrative (Secretary Office): – Get your Student Card! – Get your certificates (for legal stay purposes)
Erasmus+ Office General Rules and Regulations for non-EU STUDENTS • MUST OBTAIN AT LEAST 30 ECTS for mobility validation • first payment possible after having signed study contract and handed in bank account details • no sooner than October 20, paid in RON • two scholarships in October • no more than 8 days outside Romania for entire period of stay • scholarship confirmation every month, before scholarship!!!
Erasmus+ Office DEPARTURE FORMS 1. Signed Learning Agreement with changes (if any) 2. Transcript of Records 3. Attendance Certificate / Certificate of Stay 4. Receipts from dormitory (if the case) 5. Travel ticket (if the case) ! No sooner than two days before leaving!
Erasmus+ Office DORMITORY RULES • Check-in and Check-out only during WEEKDAYS with ID/passport + photo + pay first month of accommodation • Read and sign rental contract. Keep one original. • Respect the contract: you can receive up to one oral and one written complaint, and then you will be excluded • Kitchen is open from 6: 00 – 23: 00 • Pay every month: after 60 days, you are liable for exclusion. Keep the receipts. DORMITORY CANNOT BE CHANGED!
Erasmus+ Office DORMITORY RULES • Linen and bed sheets – if you do not need them, RETURN to administrator! • Inform the administrator about damage upon check-in! • Report and pay for any damage you produced! • No parties! No barbecues on the balcony! • REPORT TO OUR OFFICE if you give up the room before the end of semester/academic year! READ ALL SIGNS ON THE MESSAGE BOARD!
