DONOR’S TAX DONOR’S TAX

Donor’s Tax is a tax on a donation or gift, and is imposed on Donor’s Tax is a tax on a donation or gift, and is imposed on the gratuitous transfer of property between two or more persons who are living at the time of the transfer.
