Drainage systems would work to connect to a dam.

Evidence & Explanation • If we would build more drainage systems than we could connect them to the dam. • Everytime it rains a lot and starts to flood then the water will go down the drain into the dams and give us more water. Drain

Solution • Build a drainage system that would link to the Edwards Aquifer in San Antonio.

Counterargument: This will never work because…. • The insurance will be to high for the people to pay and many people will disapprove. • The people who don’t have problems would not want to pay the high insurance.

Who Suffers? • All the people will suffer. • But it is worth the price because we will have more water in our aquifer. • We would never go low on water as much as we do now. • You would have less problems when it floods.

The Goal Is to prevent as many floods as possible. Also to prevent any housing or business damage.
