Why use NOCA? • Everyone has access to reports at all times • You can share messages, files (documents, ssg’s, pictures, etc. ) with club members • There’s a common club calendar and online voting • It’s a great way to train a co-treasurer • All you need is a browser (it’s Maccompatible)
Going online: Don’t be afraid! • Will I have to reenter all my transactions to go on NOCA? • Is my social security number safe? • Can I do taxes with NOCA? • What about privacy? • Can I still use NCA 2? Where is my data?
Will I have to reenter my transactions to use NAIC Online Club Accounting? NCA (your computer) NOCA No! You can import them in less than one minute from NCA 1. 04 or NCA 2.
Importing is easy (it was built for humans) Step #1: Export your data from desktop accounting Step #2: Find the export file by ‘browsing’ to it on the NOCA import page. Step #3: Click on ‘import’
