Key for success: Preliminary Work PEEBPE project: v Preliminary study of some buildings before the proposal submission (May 2012) Project Management v November-December 2012 (Three months before official start date): Energy Audit of the two public buildings in Prespes that are submitted to energy upgrade by joint teams. v Timetable and budget reform in order to adjust to partners current needs. 09 Promotion of Energy Efficiency in Buildings - Protection of the Environment Dimitrios Stimoniaris

Results of preliminary work: PEEBPE project: v Adjustment of the measurements and energy audit procedures to the special characteristics of the area’s buildings. Cooperation between partners: PEEBPE project: Institutional Partnership v Constant contact. v Accurate implementation of the JTS instructions. v Close cooperation with the Payment Authority (different legislation frameworks for each partner) v Exploitation of the perfect relations between Prespes and Resen municipalities v Exploitation of the relations between the two Regions. v Exploitation of the TEI W.
