Accomplishments Infrastructure improvements • Significantly improved the reliability and cost profile of the IRM infrastructure with the completion of the virtualization project. • Delivered improved capabilities by upgrading tape file transfers to electronic transmissions. • Upgraded DHSS database management systems increasing capacity and performance. • Implemented Share.
