DOORS Pilot • FAA conducted pilots of both Part 26 and 23 to test, correct and update any ineffectiveness or inefficiencies found. – 2004 - completed a successful pilot of Part 26 with 103 airport recipients from three (3) regions. – 2007 - completed a successful pilot of Part 23 with 58 primary airport recipients across the U. DOORS – Benefits for Recipients • Includes basic instructions on all menus • Reduces report errors - allows automatic calculations of data • Provides history record of accomplishments - Helpful for goal setting Step 2 adjustment - Part 26 data 2004 -2008 - Part 23 data 2005 -2008 • Provides access to a selected DBE contractor or ACDBE concessions firm participation listing for the entire U.
