Background n Arbitration & Rules Committee (ARB) has been moving toward paperless transactions n A way to track damaged and defective cars without extensive paper documentation was needed © 2007 Railinc. All rights reserved.

Background n Equipment Assets Management Working Committee (EAMWC) was looking for a way to simplify and automated reclaims related to damaged and defective cars n An easily available source of information about the status of damaged cars was needed © 2007 Railinc. All rights reserved.
