The company. . . The Cuprod company was established in 1988 as a small family company and from the very beginning became known as esteemed producer of Jaffa Cakes ● Since 2003 we have a new production facility and office located in Kluczbork ● Since 2004 there is a new Chairman in the company, introducing its new ideas and management. ●

Consolidation In August 2013, Delicpol Sp. z o. o. made a consolidation in the confectionery industry through the acquisition of a 100% stake owned by Cuprod Sp. z o. o. Delicpol acquires Cuprod with the support of its shareholders AXA Private Equity, the leading European diversified private equity firm, and Resource Partners, a consumer-focused investor in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The investment will significantly increase the production capacity and the opportunity to diversify the product range.

● We employ more than 180 Staff Our total area of the plant has 6 500 sqm and production capacity is 9 600 tons per year ● ● Our sales in 2013 was over 7 milion Euros BRC (4) certificate since 2006 and ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certificate ● ● HACCP and IFS standard implemented. ● Nominal capital: 500 000 PLN ● Our product: JAFFA CAKES

Our Customers. . . ● We are specialized in private label production (95%)

We can offer a wide range of flavours: orange, cherry, raspberry, apricot, forest fruits, strawberry, mint and others as well as types of packagings 135 g, 150 g (flow-pack or box); 270 g, 300 g, 312 g, 375 g (box). ● ● Moreover, we can use either real plain chocolate or chocolate compound. Thanks to this we can meet different requirements of our partners. We are also very flexible in developing new flavours / products.

Our production facility: ● 4 modern production lines. ● New tanks for chocolate and glucose syrup. ● New siloses for wheat flour and sugar. ● Modern packaging machines. ● Temperature controlled warehouse. New production equipment supplied by well know producers: ● - Aasted – Mikroverk, - Gorreri, - Wiegers Process Innovation - and others.
